These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products

  1. All products sold are made-to-order Giclée art prints produced and shipped via our print partner, Printful.

  2. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and print processes.

  3. Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly due to production tolerances.

3. Pricing & Payments

  1. All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  2. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

  1. Each print is made to order. Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

  2. Estimated delivery times:

    1. Domestic (EU/US): 5–15 business days

    2. International: up to 25 business days

    3. Express shipping (where available) can reduce transit time to 3–8 business days.

  3. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs delays, postal service disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  1. For orders shipped outside your country, import duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  2. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  1. Because each print is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  2. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

7. Cancellations

  1. Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All artworks are original creations and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the images for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Liability

  1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased from our store.

Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview

All of our Giclée prints are made-to-order, which means we create each piece especially for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong size.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your art! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost.

To qualify for a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem and the packaging.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange for a new print to be sent to you.

3. Order Cancellations

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  2. Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.

4. Lost in Transit

  1. If your order does not arrive within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) from the shipping date, contact us so we can investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement.

5. Returns

  1. We do not accept physical returns because our products are printed on demand and shipped directly from our production partner.

  2. Please do not send items back to the return address on the package—it is our print partner’s facility and they cannot process returns.

6. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  1. We cannot fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. The replacement item for a damaged/incorrect order is also faulty and you do not wish to receive another replacement.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
